Developed a fiscal stabilization plan to provide consistent salary increases and training/support for all staff to attract, develop and empower a diverse team who are committed, prepared and most of all connect with our students and families.

INCREASED GRADUATION RATES to 91% for HOMELESS/FOSTER YOUTH
Used a comprehensive approach to include a fully staffed Family Resource Center, Student Wellness Center, and coordinated services with partnerships; a true “Community Schools” model was in place with collective impact. IMPROVED COMMUNICATIONS
Created a communications team of former alumni focused on improving outreach and awareness of programs, services, opportunities for engaging and decision making, and most importantly changing the narrative and belief in our students and community…by highlighting the positives. Effective Governance Team
Continually developed effective Boards relationships and growth as a Governance team over 10 years, despite changes on the Board; resulting in positive and productive districtwide progress and accomplishments.
